For over 100 years Sturmey-Archer have been producing internal gear hubs, hub brakes and dynamo lighting. Since 1902 they were based in the UK and purchased by Sun Race in 2000; they have since moved production to Taiwan and rebranded as Sun Race Sturmey-Archer Inc.
BSR - 3 Speed (Brompton Standard Range)
BWR - As used for 6 Speed bikes. (Brompton Wide Range)
SRF3 /AW3 - 3 Speed alternative, very slightly narrower range than BSR
SRF5 - I do not recommend this hub due to experience of failures.
